Step 1: Steeping the Petals

Add oolong tea to it and let it boil for 6 to 8 minutes. We use the old long t because it complements the rose flavours perfectly. 


Do not add any sweetness at this age just let it steep. 


Take another non-stick pot and add water to it. Now, this bot will be used to make the rose syrup. Add rose petals to it and let it slip for 5 to 8 minutes keep stirring until it makes a uniform syrup. 

Step 2: Adding Flavors! 

While waiting for the syrup to be prepared and the tea to infuse, you can start to prepare your additions. 


Take a cup of cream and add honey or brown sugar to it as per your preferences. Next, add soya milk or any plant-based milk for the texture. If you are a fan of nutty flavours go for almond milk without a doubt. Mix all these ingredients and prepare a paste.
