Are the teas low in calories and vegan?

All of our teas are vegan, low in calories, tasty, and good for health and wellness.

How long should I leave my teas to steep?

Depending on how strong you want your tea, it should be brewed for 2-3 minutes. It will have lost some heat by this time and will be at 80-90 degrees, which is the required water temperature for milder teas. Tea should be consumed within six minutes of brewing.
