If your order is not delivered or is damaged in transit for any reason, we will mail you a replacement or offer a complete refund, as requested. If you get only a portion of your order, we will give you a full refund and only charge you for the product(s) you got.
Please wait 30 business days from the time your order was shipped for processing. If you have not received your order after 30 days, or if you have received any information that your order has been placed on hold or returned to the sender, please contact us and we will swiftly respond to your request.
If you are not pleased with the quality of the products for any reason, please contact us within 45 days of receiving them and we will provide a free replacement or refund. Queries received after 45 days from the date of delivery will be ignored.
